Zero Dynamic’s Blower Motor Assembly Balancing Machine, Customized Blower Motor Balancing Machine is applicable for unbalance measurement of DC & AC motor assemblies such as blower motor, axial fan, centrifugal fan. Its maximum rotor load is 1kg and Max motor diameter is 380mm.
Zero Dynamic’s Blower Motor Assembly Balancing Machine, Customized Blower Motor Balancing Machine adopts soft-bearing support pedestals which has advantages of good measurement accuracy and repeatability. High-sensitivity tachometer allows the equipment to detect unbalance angle accurately for motor speed up to 50000rpm. Soft bearing measuring structure, high-precision vibration sensor and tachometer, precision data acquisition card, and Zero Dynamic's self-developed balancing software jointly make this equipment have very high measuring accuracy (meet ISO standard G1 grade). Reasonable structural design makes it easy and quick to replace the fxiture, and the operator can complete the fixture replacement and re-calibration after simple training.
