Suzhou Zero Dynamic Co., Ltd establishes production files for all balancing machines, which are directly linked to the salary and benefits of design, production, assembly and commissioning personnel until the end of the warranty period. To guarantee the stability of the equipments, all castings have to go through aging treatment. The key components of the balancing machine all adopts first-class brands in China and abroad, such as Siemens/Mitsubishi PLC, Panasonic servo motors, SMC/Airtec cylinders, Keyence/Omron/CTC sensors, Shangyin/THK screws, Delta frequency converters, and SKF bearings. Brand components, reasonable mechanical structure design, professional electrical design, rigorous equipment assembly, and then after strict system initialization, motion system debugging, electrical system debugging, functional debugging, safety system debugging, together ensures that the final delivery of the equipment meets client's requirement in terms of quality, performance, stability and other aspects.
By strengthening the detailed control of the quality management system, Zero Dynamic clearly defines the responsibilities and interrelationships of each link from design, procurement, production to sales, storage and transportation, and service. The efficient operation of the quality management system ensures the stability and reliability of product quality in management.
The process of customized balancing machine is as follows:
1. Understand the requirements. Through the phone or customer visits to understand the workpiece use scenarios, basic parameters (diameter, length, weight, working speed).
2. Program design. According to the early understanding of the use of workpiece scenes, basic parameters and client needs, designer will provide the corresponding program draft design.
3. Technical docking. Continuous communication with the client on the details of the program to finalize the technical parameters and equipment details that the balancing machine needs to meet.
4. Signing the contract. Both parties confirm the equipment technical agreement and sign the equipment procurement contract (the final program/technical agreement will be part of the contract and have the same legal effect as the contract).
5. Equipment manufacturing and delivery. Zero Dynamic manufactures the balancing machine in strict compliance with the agreements/contracts reached between the two parties, and strictly control the quality of each process to ensure that the equipment produced meets the clent's needs and has high reliability and stability.
6. Equipment testing and commissioning. After completion of the manufacturing process, Zero Dynamic carries out test and commission the equipment. The purpose of this step is to ensure that the equipment's hardware and software function, accuracy, cycle time meet client's needs, and at the same time compatible with all the workpiece the balancing machine will be used.
7. After-sales service. After the balancing machine has been commissioned and shipped, Zero Dynamic will provide a one-year warranty service. Services include but not limited to: on-site & off-site after-sales service including dynamic balancing theory, equipment operation, troubleshooting and elimination, supply of wearing parts/accessories.
In addition, Zero Dynamic guarantees that the core electrical components used are qualified products with international and domestic product safety certification; other auxiliary materials uses quality assuranced products, and never use counterfeit, shoddy products.
