1. Equipment Description
Zero Dynamic’s High Precision EV Motor Self-drive Wheel Hub Motor Balancing Machine is mainly applicable for double-plane dynamic balance measurement of new energy self-driven hubs, self-drive Electric Vehicle Hub Motor.
Zero Dynamic’s High Precision EV Motor Self-drive Wheel Hub Motor Balancing Machine adopts soft support pedestals, the structure is compact and has lower requirements for limit. Its reasonable mechanical model can truly reflect the actual unbalance of the rotor. The equipment uses U.S. brand acceleration sensor, which has very high measurement accuracy (up to ISO1940 standard G0.4). Zero Dynamic's self-developed high precision balancing software has functions of vibration spectrum analysis, IS01940 standard calculation, independent vibration value detection, measurement data traceability, printing and saving of measurement results.
