Zero Dynamic’s Customized Floor-standing Soft Bearing Turbocharger Rotor, Electric Armature Rotor Balancing Machine is suitable for dynamic balance inspection of all kinds of magnetic & non-magnetic workpiece with weight range 0.5-5kg, diameter range Φ 20 - 120, span 40-180mm , such as power tool motor rotor, washing machine motor rotor, electric spindle rotor.
Zero Dynamic’s Customized Floor-standing Soft Bearing Turbocharger Rotor, Electric Armature Rotor Balancing Machine adopts soft-bearing high-precision measurement system, with high precision and good repeatability of measurement data. It has wide application range, can support weighting or de-weighting, and supports quick changeover. After the measurement is finished, the screen will display the unbalance value and angle of workpiece, qualified display good product, unqualified display bad product.

4. Main Features:
4.1 Product model can be preset and the machine can automatically scan the product QR code or barcode to identify the product model, and automatically select the corresponding test software.
4.2 Test data can be saved, and can be uploaded to the server through the reserved port.
4.3 Test method: horizontal double-face balance test is adopted. Test time can be set and automatically stops after the test is completed.
4.4 Support method: roller support. It can measure rotor without bearing. Scale at both ends of support base will help to adjust the support spacing (0.1mm/10mm). Center distance of equipment support swing frame ≤ 450mm.
4.5 Drive method: servo motor and belt drive. Rotation speed is adjustable and the equipment can automatic position unbalance angle.
4.6 The radar graph on the balance picture indicates the unbalance (add material/remove material). Display unit: g or mg.
4.7 It supports data saving and MES uploading system.
4.8 Self-checking function which meet the accuracy requirement of balancing test.
4.9 The equipment has high accuracy and good repeatability.
