Zero Dynamic's High precision soft bearing rotor balancing machine for turbocharger rotor, compressor rotor is a high precision double-plane soft bearing balancing machine driven by belt drive of servo motor. The machine is suitable for the balance measurement of magnetic & anti-magnetic motor rotors, generator rotors, combing rollers, shafts, turbocharger rotors, compressor rotors etc.
Zero Dynamic's High precision soft bearing rotor balancing machine for turbocharger rotor, compressor rotor adopts soft bearing balance test pedestals which has simple structure and stable performance. The equipment uses acceleration sensor, which has lower requirement for limit and no lateral sensitivity, making the operation easy and fast. Its mechanical model is reasonable, and the actual unbalance can be truly reflected by the support pedestal and sensor.
