1. Equipment Description
Zero Dynamic’s 16kg Hard Bearing Belt Drive Balancing Machine for Grinding Wheel, Electric Armature, Opening Roller is suitable for balance measurement of shaft products, various kinds of small motor rotors and roller products from 1kg to 16kg.
Zero Dynamic’s 16kg Hard Bearing Belt Drive Balancing Machine for Grinding Wheel, Electric Armature, Opening Roller is driven by AC servo motor and belt drive is available in three ways: top-mounted, bottom-mounted and tangential drive, easy loading and unloading. The equipment is at a suitable height for both seated and standing operation. Unbalance can be corrected by adding material directly on the balancing machine (balancing clamps or applying balancing glue) or by taking it to another machine for removing material (drilling, milling or grinding). The machine can also provide anti-magnetic design solutions for magnetic rotors.

4.2 Our self-developed high-speed dynamic balancing measurement software has the functions of balancing test, balancing data storage and printing, and data statistics after passing the judgment. The interface is friendly and easy to operate.
4.3 The radar graph on the balance picture indicates the unbalance (add material/remove material).
4.4 It supports data saving and MES uploading system.
4.5 Self-checking function which meet the accuracy requirement of balancing test.
4.6 The equipment has high accuracy and good repeatability.
4.7 It supports barcode entry and has strong traceability.
