The balancing test station adopts rising sleeve structure with high repeatability. The equipment automatically detects the rotational speed without manual scribing.

4.2 It has advantages of short cycle time and high efficiency. It can be connected to a production line for automated production and can collect, output and display the data generated by the entire process.
4.3 The main functions of the software are balance test system, balance data storage and printing, data statistics after qualification, etc. Special functions can be customized for specific products.
4.4 The main body of the machine is steel frame structure, dynamic balancing bracket, fixed motor drive plate, with flip-up function transport device, power head for automatic remove material, control system etc. The equipment can carry out automatic positioning and drilling correction according to the unbalance value and angle displayed by the measurement system.
