1. Equipment Description
Zero Dynamic’s Two Station Electric Tricycle Motor Rotor Balancing Machine End Plane Drilling Correction Balancer is compatible with double-plane dynamic balancing measurement and automatic correction of magnetic & non-magnetic rotors weighing 5-20kg, with shaft diameters ranging from Φ25 to 55mm, stack thicknesses from 50-200mm, and rotor spans from 100-300mm.

The equipment is highly automated, capable of performing a series of operations such as automatic loading and unloading, intelligent workpiece identification, automatic accurate measurement, correction and re-testing, ensuring that it meets the high efficiency production cycle time demand of ≤90 seconds.

4. Main Features:
4.1 The two-station automatic balancing machine consists of high rigidity mechanical main body, balancing measurement system, electrical control system, automatic testing and de-weighting device, chip-absorbing device, safety protection mechanism and other parts.
4.2 Each station is installed with high-precision and quick-response sensors and detectors to monitor in real time whether the workpiece is in place or not and whether the workpiece has been moved out after machining is completed.
4.3 The equipment can automatically position, drill and de-weight the workpieces directly according to the unbalance values and angles displayed by the measuring system. A high-powered vacuum cleaner ensures that the drilling chips does not splashed.
4.4 The equipment consists of dynamic balancing pedestals (initial and remeasuring positions), two servo power head feed and de-weighting mechanisms, a precision fixture clamping and movement system and a complete machine assembly with integrated vacuum cleaner.
4.5 The main structure of the equipment is robust and durable, made of high-quality materials to ensure long-term stable operation.
4.6 Dynamic balancing test unit is equipped with precision vibration sensors and servo control technology, ensuring measurement accuracy;
4.7 The drilling and de-weighting unit is driven by servo motors, and the cutter is made of cemented carbide, with depth control and fracture detection function.
4.8 The rotary handling unit is driven by servo motors to ensure precise indexing and positional positioning.
4.9 Chip suction device effectively prevents the contamination of iron chips and cooperates with efficient chip removal system to maintain a clean working environment.
