Zero Dynamic’s Two Station Cooling fan, Fan Blade Glue Automatic Glue Dispensing Balancing Machine is applicable for double face glue dispensing balance correction for various fan blades with shaft. This equipment solves the problem of traditional balance correction for fan industry which requires plenty manpower to add glue for balance correction with weakness of low efficiency, conformity, and traceability of testing data.

Zero Dynamic’s Two Station Cooling fan, Fan Blade Glue Automatic Glue Dispensing Balancing Machine completes balance initial measurement, automatic glue dispensing and solidification, balance re-testing procedures automatically. It adopts precise clamping jaw to hold the fan shaft to measure the unbalance value and can complete double plane balance measurement. It uses pneumatic glue dispensing valve which is low cost; single component, high density solid (in normal temperature) glue with density of 5.5g/cm3. It's applicable for balance correction of various fan blade, reduces manpower and reject rate, and greatly improves the production efficiency. Its maximum balance accuracy can reach 0.1mg.
