Zero Dynamic’s High Speed Hair Dryer Motor Automatic Laser Balancing Machine Motor Assembly Laser Ablation Balancer is mainly applicable for the automatic single plane balance of high-speed finished motor assembly such as high speed hair dryer motor, high speed vacuum cleaner motor, sweeper motor, suction pump, burr drill, ventilator motor, heat dissipation fan which have very strict balance requirement.
Zero Dynamic’s High Speed Hair Dryer Motor Automatic Laser Balancing Machine Motor Assembly Laser Ablation Balancer adopts soft bearing structure and high sensitivity vibration sensor, enabling high measurement accuracy and good repeatability. Customized tachometer can accurately detect unbalance angle for motors up to 150,000 rpm. The equipment carries out automatic balance correction by laser ablation. In contrast to other mechanical methods of balance correction, the bearings are not subjected to external forces during the balance correction process, and the residual unbalance can be controlled to ≤0.5mg. The equipment is also equipped with a CCD camera to ensure that the laser ablation does not damage motor blades and other locations where laser ablation is not permitted.
