Zero Dynamic’s DC/AC Motor Assembly Double Plane Automatic Balancing Machine Scissor and Laser Ablation Correction is mainly applicable for the double plane balance measurement & correction of high-speed motor assembly such as high-speed hair dryer motor, high speed vacuum cleaner motor, sweeper motor, suction pump, burr drill, ventilator motor, heat dissipation fan etc which requires precise balance.
Zero Dynamic’s DC/AC Motor Assembly Double Plane Automatic Balancing Machine Scissor and Laser Ablation Correction adopts customized motor fixtures, makes pick and place easy and ensures high measurement accuracy and good repeatability. The system highly integrates laser control software and the bearing is completely free of external force during balance correction, which can achieve precise balance. Double-plane balancing of motors provides better vibration damping than single-plane balancing, allowing the motor to last longer and giving the user a better experience.
