Zero Dynamic’s Motor Aging Equipment Motor Aging Testing Machine is suitable for durability life and performance testing of AC and DC motors such as household hoover motors. Up to 10 motors can be tested simultaneously.
Zero Dynamic’s Motor Aging Equipment Motor Aging Testing Machine is mainly composed of electric control box, central control system, exhaust system, air intake system, temperature control and so on. The whole machine has a compact structure, the body is firmly installed, the electrical components are installed in place, the running structure moves freely, the components move reliably, and the whole machine can achieve the expected proposed results.

4. Main Features:
4.1 Touch screen can display voltage, current, power, time, set power-on time, actual power-on time.
4.2 Number of stations: 10 stations, divided into two layers, 5 workstations on each layer.
4.3 Power-on time can be set in seconds, 0-9999S.
4.4 Each station is sealed individually and has a sponge inside to isolate noise.
4.5 It has alarm function. When the motor meets abnormal power off, the equipment will alarm automatically.
4.6 The motor (80mm or less) is placed horizontally. The air inlet of the equipment faces backwards and has a quick pressing mechanism.
4.7 Separate start/stop switch for each work station. There are 12 green indicators on the top left to show the operation of each station.
4.8 The equipment has built-in air extraction system which can discharge the hot air from the motor in time.
