1. Equipment Description
Zero Dynamic’s Hair Dryer Motor Parameter Testing Machine / DC Motor Performance Testing Equipment are mainly applied to the fast and accurate testing of electrical comprehensive performance parameters of brushless motor in automobile, fan, air conditioner, washing machine, air purifier and other products. The product quality is guaranteed by testing parameters such as current, voltage, resistance, speed, power, voltage resistance and vibration. Data reports can be generated, which is intuitive, comprehensive and accurate. The test items can be selected as single or multiple and can be automatically judged and alarmed for failure.
The motor parameter data of is detected by the sensors of Zero Dynamic’s Hair Dryer Motor Parameter Testing Machine / DC Motor Performance Testing Equipment, and the upper computer completes the acquisition, storage, calculation and analysis of the data, and generates reports. The equipment includes test rack, industrial computer, measuring instrument, function module, system control software, test tooling, etc. It can realize the performance test of brushless motor, and complete the set test items according to the test sequence after the equipment is started, and give the OK and NG indication and acoustic/optic alarm after the test is completed.
