1. Equipment Description
Zero Dynamic’s Pulley Wheel, Flywheel, Clutch Plate Vertical Automatic Drilling Correction Balancing Machine is suitable for single-plane vertical balance measurement and correction of automobile clutch pressure plate, belt pulley, flywheel, water pump impeller, brake disc, output gear and other products. The equipment adopts self-made precision rising sleeve, with high measuring precision and good repeatability (Different specifications of the workpiece may need to customize the corresponding rising sleeve). The equipment is equipped with a high-power industrial vacuum cleaner to adsorb iron filings, which effectively ensures the neatness of the working surface of the equipment.
The measuring mechanism of Zero Dynamic’s Pulley Wheel, Flywheel, Clutch Plate Vertical Automatic Drilling Correction Balancing Machine adopts hard bearing structure with high rigidity and good repeatability. The equipment can automatically complete initial balance measurement, automatic drilling correction, automatic retesting, retesting unqualified workpieces can be corrected for the second time. The equipment can be manually loaded and unloaded, and can also be connected to the robot to realize automatic production. Zero Dynamic's self-developed dynamic balancing software is technologically advanced and has been continuously updated for many years with stable and reliable operation, and it has the functions of data saving, querying, exporting and printing. The software comes with alarm prompts, which makes it easy to find the fault location.
