1. Equipment Description
Zero Dynamic’s High Speed Spindle Running-in Testing Machine, Spindle Dedicated Aging Tester with One Base is mainly used to monitor the speed and temperature change during the production and maintenance of spindle in the processing center. The system can run and monitor the running-in aging test of two sets of spindle at the same time, and can respectively set continuous operation monitoring and segmented operation monitoring.
Compared with similar spindle running machines in the market, Zero Dynamic’s High Speed Spindle Running-in Testing Machine, Spindle Dedicated Aging Tester with One Base has more powerful (7.5kw) branded servo motors, heavier cast iron base, more sensitive temperature detection module, and a single base weighing 800kg. Better hardware configuration makes the spindle vibration during the running process smaller and the temperature detection more accurate. All spindle running-in can work automated intelligently, no need of manual adjustment and guarding. It is applicable for the after assembly running-in of BT30-BT50 type and other similar products. Products of other specifications can be customized separately. The operation mode can be modified or adjusted according to customer's requirement.
